Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome James Hutchinson to the firm’s Tax practice group.
James has extensive experience with international tax planning and transfer pricing matters. He works primarily in the areas of structuring both international and domestic transactions, structuring real estate investments and advising on cross-border and international structures including establishing Canadian operations. Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, James was co-chair of the tax group at a large national law firm.
James has spoken on tax-related matters before the Canadian Tax Foundation, Chartered Professional Accountants (formerly CICA) Tax Executives Institute, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), and the American Bar Association.
