Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes Three New Partners

Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to announce that Ragu Anantharajah, Rebecca Cochrane and Rachel Manno have become partners of the firm.

 

Ragu practises in the areas of corporate and commercial and securities law, with a particular emphasis in mergers and acquisition and corporate finance matters. He has acted for both issuer and underwriter clients in connection with a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions of public and private entities and public offerings and private placements of equity and debt.

 

Rebecca practises corporate and securities law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Rebecca works with a number of start-ups, and has helped clients grow from pre-seed financing rounds through to IPOs and M&A exits. Rebecca also works with institutional clients, including seasoned publicly-listed issuers and venture capital funds.

 

Rachel practises in the firm’s Debt Products practice group. She represents lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of cash flow and asset-based loans, bilateral and syndicated, including local and cross border work, acquisition financings, leveraged financings, mezzanine financings, infrastructure/project financings, reorganizations and related derivatives work. Rachel is also a long-time member and supporter of Women in Capital Markets and active on the firm’s many student and training initiatives.
