American Aires Inc. (CSE: WIFI) has completed a private placement offering of units pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3.77 million. The offering was led by Eight Capital, as sole agent and bookrunner.

American Aires Inc. is a Canadian-based nanotechnology company committed to enhancing well-being and environmental safety through science-led innovation, education and advocacy. The company has developed a proprietary silicon-based resonator that protects against the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation.
