Denarius Metals Corp. Completes Acquisition of Europa Metals Iberia S.L.

Denarius Metals Corp. (Cboe CA: DMET; OTCQB: DNRSF) has successfully completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Europa Metals Iberia S.L. from Europa Metals Ltd. Europa Metals Iberia, now a wholly owned Spanish subsidiary of Denarius, holds the Toral Zn-Pb-Ag Project in the Leon Province, Northern Spain.

Denarius is a Canadian junior company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and eventual operation of polymetallic mining projects in high-grade districts.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as legal counsel to Denarius in connection with the transaction with a team comprising Peter Volk, Natalie Tershakowec and Jason Kim (Corporate Finance and Securities/Mergers and Acquisitions).
