InvestX Global Growth Equity Trust completed a “best-efforts” private placement for gross proceeds of approximately $18 million (the “Offering”). The Offering was completed by a syndicate of agents led by GMP Securities L.P. and which included Canaccord Genuity Corp., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc., Haywood Securities Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corp. (collectively, the “Agents”).
