McFarlane Lake Mining Limited Commences Trading on the Neo Exchange Inc.

McFarlane Lake Mining Limited (“McFarlane”), a Canadian gold exploration and development company, commenced trading on the Neo Exchange Inc. under the symbol “MLM” on January 26, 2022.

In advance of listing, McFarlane completed a reverse take-over of McFarlane Lake Mining Incorporated by way of a three cornered amalgamation.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for McFarlane in connection with the listing with a team comprised of Perry Dellelce, Al Wiens, Niall Sweeney, Nathan Holloway and Emma Weiss (corporate/securities). Wildeboer Dellelce LLP will be legal counsel for McFarlane moving forward.
