LOFT Entertainment Inc. Completes Acquisition of Attila Glatz Concert Productions Inc., Relaunching as Glatz Loft Concerts

On May 22, 2026, LOFT Entertainment Inc. (“LOFT”), a global entertainment company focused on premium live experiences, content and cultural platforms, completed its acquisition of Attila Glatz Concert Productions Inc. (“Attila”), an internationally recognized producer of live entertainment experiences and concert productions. The company is entering its next chapter under the name “Glatz Loft Concerts”.

The transaction was completed pursuant to a share purchase agreement and included senior secured concurrent financing provided in connection with the acquisition (the “Financing“).

Founded in 1987, Attila has spent nearly four decades producing, promoting and managing live entertainment experiences worldwide. The acquisition further expands LOFT’s growing portfolio of premium live entertainment properties and strengthens its position across music, film, television and cultural experiences.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for LOFT with a team comprising Perry Dellelce, Michael Rennie, Nathan Holloway, Julie Anderson and Brett Varrin (corporate/mergers and acquisitions). Rachel Manno, Daniel Lupinacci and Jordan Stewart-Kuppek (debt) supported the Financing.
