Somatix, Inc. Acquired by Vitalist Inc. in $12.3 Million All-Stock Merger
On April 30, 2026, Vitalist Inc. (TSXV: VITA; OTCQB: VTLSF), a health technology company focused on longevity and preventive care, completed its acquisition of Somatix, Inc., a digital health company specializing in wearable-based patient monitoring solutions, in an all-stock merger transaction.
Wildeboer Dellelce acted as counsel to Somatix in connection with the transaction with a team comprising Sanjeev Patel and Neel Patel (corporate/securities/mergers and acquisitions).
