Wildeboer Dellelce Advises Sienna Senior Living on $22 Million Toronto Land Acquisition

Sienna Senior Living (“Sienna”) has acquired a development site in Toronto, Ontario, for approximately $22 million. The property is intended to be redeveloped into a commercially zoned seniors’ residence.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Sienna in connection with the purchase, with a team that consisted of Perry Dellelce, Paul De Francesca, Mila Simic and Alicja Kachnicz.
