Americore Resources Corp. Completes $1 Million Private Placement Offering
Americore Resources Corp. (TSXV: AMCO), a mineral exploration company focused on advancing the Trinity Silver Project in Nevada, completed a “best efforts” brokered private placement offering of 2,723,770 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,007,794.90.
The Offering was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., as lead agent and sole bookrunner.
