Halmont Properties Corporation Completes C$50 Million Private Placement
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as legal counsel to Halmont Properties Corporation (TSX-V: HMT) on a non-brokered private placement offering of series II convertible preferred shares completed on December 31, 2024. Halmont issued 50,000,000 series II convertible preferred shares for aggregate gross proceeds of C$50,000,000.
Halmont invests directly in real estate and companies holding property, energy and infrastructure assets. Halmont intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to further increase its investment in the real estate and forest sectors and to pay existing debt obligations.
