SOL Global Investments Corp. Completes First Closing of $4 Million Private Placement of Units
SOL Global Investments Corp. (CSE: SOL; OTC Pink: SOLCF; FSE: 9SB), a publicly traded company focused on institutional Solana investments, completed the first tranche of a fully-subscribed $4 million private placement of units, whereby the company sold 1,000 units at a price of $1,000 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,000,000. Each unit consists of $1,000 principal amount unsecured convertible debenture and 1,818 common share purchase warrants.
The offering was completed by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Clarus Securities Inc., as co-lead agents.
