Hank Payments Corp. Completes Acquisition of FUTR Inc. for $8.6 Million

Hank Payments Corp. (TSXV: HANK), an emerging North American leader in the Banking-as-a-Service market, has successfully completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of FUTR Inc., a robust personal life management vault and data monetization platform. The acquisition was completed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement for an aggregate equity value of approximately $8.6 million.
