Terra Clean Energy Corp. Completes $2.5 Million LIFE Offering

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is proud to have represented Terra Clean Energy Corp. (CSE: TCEC) (OTCQB: TCEFF) (FSE: C9O0), a Canadian-based uranium exploration and development company, in its LIFE offering of units consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant for aggregate proceeds of approximately $2.5 million.
