Activist Campaign for 22NW Fund, LP
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian counsel for 22NW Fund, LP (“22NW”) in connection with its requisition of a special meeting of the shareholders of DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (TSX: DRT; NASDAQ: DRTT) (“DIRTT”) for the removal of DIRTT’s board of directors and replacement with nominees of 22NW and the subsequent annual and special meeting of DIRTT’s shareholders at which 22NW was successful in electing all of its nominees to constitute DIRTT’s new board of directors.
