QuantumCore Ltd. Completes Reverse Take-Over and Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange
QuantumCore Ltd. (formerly MGM Resources Corp.) (“QuantumCore”) completed its previously announced reverse take-over transaction with QuantumCore Inc. (the “Target”) by way of a three-cornered amalgamation, pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of MGM Resources Corp. acquired the Target. QuantumCore is a quantum computing hardware company focused on designing and building advanced microchip sets engineered for cryogenic and superconducting environments to support scalable quantum computing systems.
The common shares of QuantumCore commenced trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on April 14, 2026 under the symbol “QNCR”.
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Target in connection with the Transaction with a team including Perry Dellelce, Joel Fraser, Ana Savic, Brett Varrin, Kyra Flomen and Zehra Ifran (Corporate/Securities) and Marija Tasevska (Tax).
Wildeboer Dellelce LLP will act as legal counsel to QuantumCore going forward.
