Better Choice Company Inc. Completes Acquisition of SRx Health Solutions Inc. for US$125 Million
Better Choice Company Inc. (NYSE American: BTTR) (“Better Choice”), a pet health and wellness company, has completed its previously announced acquisition of SRx Health Solutions Inc. (“SRx”), for approximately US$125 million, by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), pursuant to which Better Choice issued approximately 28.6 million shares (which include exchangeable shares issued to SRx shareholders who elected to receive such shares) in connection with the acquisition.
The combined company will emerge as a leading global health and wellness company by providing better products and solutions for pets, people, and families. Following the acquisition, Better Choice has changed its legal name to “SRx Health Solutions, Inc.” and its ticker symbol on the NYSE will change from “BTTR” to “SRXH” on April 30, 2025.
