Brazil Potash Corp. Completes US$28 Million PIPE

Brazil Potash Corp. (NYSE American: GRO), a mineral exploration and development company with a potash mining project located in the state of Amazonas, Brazil, completed a cross-border private placement of a combination of common units and pre-funded units for gross proceeds of US$28 million.

The private placement was led by Canaccord Genuity, with Roth Capital Partners acting as co-placement agent.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian counsel for Brazil Potash with a team that consisted of Michael Rennie and Natalie Tershakowec (corporate finance & securities; mining, energy & natural resources) and Mariam Al-Shikarchy (tax).
