Kingsmen Resources Ltd. Completes $13 Million Bought Deal Private Placement

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KNG) (OTCQB: KNGRF) (FSE: TUY) has completed a bought deal private placement of 5,777,778 units for gross proceeds of approximately C$13,000,000. Each unit included one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at a price of C$3.00 until February 11, 2029.

The offering was conducted by Red Cloud Securities Inc., as sole underwriter and bookrunner.

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing its two 100%-owned gold/silver projects, the Las Coloradas Project and the Almoloya Project, located in the prolific mining district of Parral, Mexico.
