Monex Group Inc. completes additional share acquisition of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc.

On September 3, 2025, Monex Group Inc. (TYO:8698), a financial services company based in Tokyo, Japan, completed an additional acquisition of shares of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc. (“3iQ”). A pioneer in crypto asset management, 3iQ was the first asset manager in North America to launch exchange-listed closed end funds and ETFs for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Monex Group Inc. had previously acquired a majority interest in 3iQ.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for 3iQ in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Nathan Holloway (M&A and Corporate/Securities) and Mariam Al-Shikarchy (Tax).
