Focus Industrial UK Corp. I Completes $42.1 Million Initial Public Offering
Focus Industrial UK Corp. I (the “Fund”) has completed its initial public offering for total gross proceeds of approximately C$42.1 million. The Fund was created for the primary purpose of investing in a portfolio of income-producing multi-let industrial real estate properties in the United Kingdom.
In connection with the initial public offering, CIBC World Markets Inc. acted as lead agent to the Fund, with a syndicate that included Canaccord Genuity Corp., iA Private Wealth Inc., Richardson Wealth Limited and Wellington-Altus Private Wealth Inc. (collectively, the “Agents”).
