Tribeca Resources Corporation Completes $6.5 Million LIFE Offering

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is proud to have represented Tribeca Resources Corporation (TSXV: TRBC) (OTCQB: TRRCF), a copper exploration company focused on discovering and developing assets in the Coastal IOCG Belt of northern Chile, in its LIFE offering of units consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant for aggregate proceeds of approximately $6.5 million.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Tribeca in connection with the offering with a team that included Peter Volk, Neel Patel, Malindu Danthanarayana and Cassandra Richards (corporate/securities).
