Yukon Metals Corp. Completes Brokered Private Placement

Yukon Metals Corp. (CSE: YMC, FSE: E770, OTC: YMMCF) has completed a best efforts brokered private placement offering of 20,409,090 units for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $11.2 million. The offering was co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp.

Yukon Metals’ property portfolio in the Yukon consists primarily of gold-silver, copper-gold and critical metals assets.
