On February 6, 2026, Varonis Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNS), a leader in data security, completed its acquisition of AllTrue.ai Inc., an AI Trust, Risk and Security Management (AI TRiSM) company that provides end-to-end AI security and governance, with full visibility and control across the AI lifecycle.
