On November 1, 2023, Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (TSE: RCI.B) completed its acquisition of Comwave Networks Inc. (“Comwave”). Comwave is a leading telecommunications service provider offering telephone, internet and television services to business and residential customers across Canada.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Comwave and its owners in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Sanjeev Patel, Nathan Holloway and Neel Patel (M&A and Corporate/Securities) and Marija Tasevska (Tax).
