SingleOps, LLC Completes Acquisition of Landscape Management Network Inc.

SingleOps, LLC (“SingleOps”), a leader in business management solutions for green industry service providers, has successfully completed the acquisition of Landscape Management Network Inc., the largest provider of landscape business software and crew training in the United States and Canada.

The combined company will operate as the premier business management software and payments platform for the full-service landscaping, tree care, design/build and snow removal industries.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian legal counsel to SingleOps in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Rob Wortzman, Melissa Smith, Marcus Moore and Jason Kim (Corporate/Securities/Mergers & Acquisitions), Rachel Manno and Ana Savic (Debt) and Mariam Al-Shikarchy (Tax).
