Brazil Potash Corp. Completes US$30 Million Cross-border IPO, Going Public at a Valuation of US$575 Million
Brazil Potash Corp., an exploration and development company with a potash mining project located in the state of Amazonas, Brazil, completed its initial public offering in the United States and Canada for gross proceeds of US$30 million, resulting in a post-money valuation of approximately US$575 million. In connection with the IPO, Brazil Potash listed its common shares for trading on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol “GRO”.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Freedom Capital Markets, Roth Capital Partners, LLC, and Clarksons Securities, Inc. acted as underwriters in the IPO.
