BioSyent Inc. Completes Acquisition of Oral Science Inc.

On March 1, 2026, BioSyent Inc. (TSXV: RX), a pharmaceutical and oral health products company, completed the previously announced acquisition of Oral Science Inc., a Canadian distributor of specialized healthcare products for dental hygiene and oral health based in Brossard, Quebec.

Wildeboer Dellelce acted for BioSyent Inc. in connection with the transaction with a team comprising Rory Cattanach, Nathan Holloway, Melissa Smith, and Zehra Irfan (corporate/mergers and acquisitions), Chris Partridge and Lovejot Bhullar (debt), and Mariam Al-Shikarchy (tax).
